Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technician to join our team at Paladin Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining complex building technology solutions, including IP security, alarms & monitoring, audio visual, low-voltage infrastructure, and networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive audiovisual systems for commercial and residential clients
  • Install and configure IP security systems, including cameras and access control
  • Deploy and maintain low-voltage infrastructure, including cabling and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in audiovisual systems installation and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of IP security systems, including cameras and access control
  • Proficiency in low-voltage infrastructure, including cabling and networking
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
