The Academic Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting scholars in achieving their academic and personal goals. Reporting to the Director of Program, this individual will work closely with their peer Academic Advisor and other site team members to deliver engaging content and facilitate dynamic workshops and 1:1 advising appointments.

College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor's degree and a life of choice, opportunity, and power. Our organization is guided by a set of core values, including commitment, passion, joy, authenticity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging content to support scholars in achieving their academic and personal goals.
- Facilitate dynamic workshops and 1:1 advising appointments to ensure scholars matriculate into colleges that match their goals.
- Collaborate with the site team to develop and implement effective strategies to support scholars.
Requirements:
This role requires a strong passion for education and a commitment to supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
