Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Supervisor/Bartender to join our team at CIA Restaurant Group. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to patrons, following standard recipes and procedures.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving and storing shipments, and conducting periodic inventory cycle counts.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, including the storage and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform closing procedures, including counting and reconciling cash and inventory.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a fine dining establishment, with a focus on beverage service and inventory management.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software and equipment, such as EATEC.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience in dining room supervision.
  • MICROS POS experience.
  • TIPS Certification.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work flexible modified shift schedules, including overtime, varying shift start times, and weekends as required by business needs.
