Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Field and respond to customer inquiries, predominantly via phone and email
- Assist customers with pre- and post-purchase questions, including order fulfillment, modifications, status, UPS claims, and technical automotive support
- Meet and exceed individual goals and KPIs (key performance indicators)
- 1+ years of experience in a contact center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus opportunity of up to $750
