Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Modern Heating and Air in Milford, CT. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Compensation:

$18 - $23.50 per hour, depending on experience

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and texts from customers
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls and follow-up appointments as needed
  • Maintain accurate customer database information using Service Titan
  • Manage customer membership plans and ensure timely communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • HVAC office experience and ServiceTitan experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to remain patient and polite under pressure
  • Strong computer skills and organizational abilities
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
