Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for a summer contract in the greater Portland area. This is a unique opportunity to work with a school near Gresham, OR, and provide speech therapy services to students with identified speech and language disorders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders, in accordance with their Individualized Education Program (IEP) recommendations.
  • Document treatment sessions for students with IEPs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide progress reports to parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
  • Organize student caseload and develop a schedule for each assigned school, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Requirements
  • Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with instructional staff.
  • Solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Oregon Special Education procedures and best practices for Speech-Language Pathologists in school settings.
