Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic school setting. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Collaboration and Consultation
    • Collaborate with special education staff to develop and implement IEPs
    • Consult with teachers and other school staff to support students' communication needs
  • Case Management
    • Manage a caseload of students with communication disorders
    • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

  • Education
    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist
    • Previous experience in school and/or pediatrics strongly preferred
  • Licensure
    • Active state license to practice as a Speech and Language Pathologist
