Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a weekend clinical basis. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care to our residents, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
