Key Responsibilities

  • Interact and communicate with corporate clients to resolve problems and ensure efficient implementation of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Manage customer implementations, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality service level agreements.
  • Maintain expertise on Treasury Management products and services, providing ongoing implementation support to clients.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Officers to identify individual customer needs and offer solutions to meet those needs.
  • Complete setup materials and agreements, secure signatures, and order necessary hardware and software.
  • Provide client training and support, including walk-throughs and delivery of startup materials.
  • Maintain client files with implementation documentation and serve as a liaison to the TM Support Specialist.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in banking, customer service, call center, treasury management, or operations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Strong computer and technology skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. The position requires up to 10% travel.
