Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert cost engineering support throughout the planning, design, construction, and upkeep of facilities.
  • Engage with stakeholders and various engineering/architectural disciplines to ensure effective project coordination.
  • Contribute to the planning, budgeting, design, and construction phases of projects.
  • Assess cost estimates and contract modifications utilizing engineering and architectural expertise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost engineering is essential.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, or architecture is required.
  • Strong understanding of cost engineering principles, methodologies, practices, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk software, Microsoft Office, and specialized cost engineering software is necessary.
  • Demonstrated skills in budgeting, planning, project management, and team collaboration.

Work Environment:

  • Availability for on-site work during standard 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
