Chef Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Food Service Circle. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation in our kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff.
- Monitor and control kitchen costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
