Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office, and contract employees, ensuring regular attendance at client production and staff meetings.
  • Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
  • Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
  • Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
  • Utilize available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
  • Perform various customer service-related activities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Aerotek offers a base salary of $54,000 – $60,000 (based on applicable experience) as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential starting at $2,000. Additional benefits include:

Requirements:
