Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the movement of vehicles safely and efficiently within our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving assorted vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Maintaining chassis prep fullness and parking released units.
  • Performing various tasks assigned by the crew, including installing mud flaps, window stickers, making key tags, signing for vehicles, filling out chassis check-in sheets, measuring front of body and wheelbase, and prioritizing work load and requests.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Working knowledge of JDE-Oracle operating system preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:

Our estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. About the Role

This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. The successful candidate will be able to stand for extended periods, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 35 pounds. They will also need to perform repetitive tasks using their hands and have the ability to climb ladders and/or work in high places.
