Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and manage the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from planning through to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling, budgeting, coordinating resources, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
  • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and goals.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale commercial projects from start to finish.
  • Deep knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
