Overview:
This position entails the preparation and execution of sales transactions, ensuring precise record-keeping, and managing related communications. The role requires addressing member inquiries, aiding with orders, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of member satisfaction. Additionally, this position provides support to the sales team by organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and preparing proposals and participation in events.

Furthermore, the role includes tracking sales metrics, analyzing data for insights, ensuring adherence to policies, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.


Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation and execution of sales transactions, which includes order entry, invoicing, and necessary documentation. Maintains organized and accurate sales records, customer files, and databases. Prepares sales reports and presentations as required. Manages correspondence, phone inquiries, and emails related to sales inquiries and customer service matters.

Responds promptly to customer inquiries, providing information regarding products, services, and pricing. Aids customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and addressing any issues or concerns. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely follow-up.

Collaborates with the sales team to organize meetings, appointments, and travel logistics. Supports sales representatives in crafting proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients. Assists in the organization and attendance of promotional events, trade shows, and sales meetings.

Monitors sales metrics and aids in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Works closely with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations. Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and goals as necessary.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative capacity is advantageous.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
