We are looking to fill various roles, including full-time, part-time, and leadership positions, all of which come with unique responsibilities.

While a background in jewelry is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. We provide ample resources to help you familiarize yourself with the designers we proudly represent and the essential sales techniques that pave the way for your long-term success.

Our sales team enjoys a competitive hourly base pay, along with monthly commissions, and full-time associates are eligible for health benefits.

Key Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • At least one year of sales or retail experience
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
