Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support our Low Voltage Electrical Division.

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will play a crucial role in aiding the Low Voltage Project Manager by collecting essential documentation, securing permits, maintaining project and bidding records, preparing purchase orders, completing contracts, and handling various other responsibilities associated with Project Management. A foundational knowledge of the electrical sector, strong multitasking capabilities, and exceptional organizational skills are essential for this position.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Capability to juggle multiple tasks and oversee several projects simultaneously
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management
  • Experience within the Low Voltage Electrical Sector
  • Familiarity with BlueBeam PDF Editor and Accubid estimating software
