Job DescriptionThis Child Support Payment Specialist will play a crucial role in accurately researching and resolving child support payments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately research and resolve child support payments
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work
- Communicate appropriate options for resolution promptly

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2-3 years' experience in a related field.
