Job Summary:

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our Commercial Digital team. As a key member of our team, you will partner with Sales Leaders to drive a better experience in Salesforce for our bankers.

About the Role:

The Digital Product Manager for Sales Enablement will be responsible for enhancing sales productivity, delivering superior user experience for our bankers, and driving higher customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement using data analytics, customer/colleague feedback, and pain points.
  • Drive business prioritization and requirements in partnership with a cross-functional team of Sales partners and Salesforce technical teams.
  • Deliver Salesforce enhancements using Agile techniques, with a mindset of incremental delivery using MVPs. Lead in feature definition and acceptance criteria.
  • Understand how features map to delivering business objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Lead discussions in partnership with Salesforce and data architects.
  • Work with agile teams to iterate and build, focusing on prioritizing business value from different pieces of work.
  • Partner with implementation teams to roll out capabilities flawlessly for customers and colleagues.
  • Measure performance against expectations, revisiting analysis and strategy to modify approach when a variance is recognized.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of Digital product management or project delivery experience
  • Experience with Agile Delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Digital product management or delivery experience in Salesforce or other CRM applications
  • Experience working with sales, service, and relationship management professionals
  • Skilled at using data or insights to design dashboard capabilities and Customer 360 views
  • Experience in creating re-designed experiences on online/mobile platforms
  • Ability to translate business needs to technology teams
  • User-centered design and usability expertise
  • Self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with the Software Delivery Lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
