Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the clinical delivery of homecare services, including care management and personnel management.
  • Develop and implement training programs for homecare caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to provide high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of homecare caregivers to assess their performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Travel to patient homes for onsite visits to ensure the quality of care and provide support to caregivers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located).
  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required.
  • Proficiency in the English language is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.
