Job Summary:
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight of homecare clients and patients served, ensuring the highest level of care and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the clinical delivery of homecare services, including care management and personnel management.
- Develop and implement training programs for homecare caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to provide high-quality care.
- Conduct regular evaluations of homecare caregivers to assess their performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Travel to patient homes for onsite visits to ensure the quality of care and provide support to caregivers as needed.
Requirements:
- Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located).
- Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, plus annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.
