Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Marx Okubo and Assoc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in building evaluations, performing field observations, and preparing construction documents.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional real estate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, Plan Grid, and Box
  • Technical knowledge of building design, materials, and methods
  • General understanding of State and Federal codes as they apply to design and construction
