This role demands a proficient background in Power BI along with a solid understanding of Python environments.
Position Overview: As a pivotal member of the Finance, Corporate Planning & Development, and Corporate Reserves (FinCPDRes) IT Analytics team, you will be responsible for analytics development, support, and platform administration. Your expertise will drive the creation and maintenance of Data Analytics and Automation solutions, while also overseeing FinCPDRes-specific Analytics platforms. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in consulting and governing technology teams and Citizen Development programs within FinCPDRes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the Power BI Premium node, including workspaces and gateways, ensuring effective deployment, configuration, and governance in collaboration with enterprise partners.
- Develop and enhance Analytics solutions utilizing SpotFire, Power BI, Python, Business Objects, SQL, ETL, and other relevant technologies.
- Provide mentorship to Finance IT Analytics personnel in Power BI skill enhancement.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in developing and supporting analytics solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI administration, covering deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Proven experience in Python administration, including deployment and maintenance.
- 3+ years of familiarity with CoP Finance data, processes, platforms, and service delivery partners.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Established relationships with FinCPDRes service delivery partners, including business-embedded technology teams.
- Familiarity with FinCPDRes constituents, processes, data, and solutions.
- Awareness of CoP Enterprise data strategies and security measures.
- Experience with IaaS and PaaS services in an enterprise context.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Shell, Python, PowerShell, and related tools.
- Experience in database design and support, including SQL Server, Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle, etc.
