Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant Float to join our Family Medicine Team at Granger Medical Clinic. As a Medical Assistant Float, you will provide exceptional patient care, work closely with physicians and support staff, and contribute to the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care, including telephone triage, insurance authorizations, and vital sign recording
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining exam rooms
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless care
  • Perform phlebotomy, immunizations, and other clinical tasks as needed
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred
  • 1 year Medical Office experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic arithmetic, computer, and analytical skills
