Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and stocking of medications.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including counseling patients on medication use, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and interns, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Current state license to practice as a pharmacist.
- Pass the NAPLEX and state law board exams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and patients.
