Job Title: Medical Assistant with X-ray License

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant with X-ray License to join our team at Granger Medical Clinic. As a Medical Assistant with X-ray License, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients receiving fluoroscopy-guided spinal injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians in radiological imaging of the spine.
  • Demonstrate knowledgeable operation of C-arm, Autoclave, and Radiofrequency Ablation equipment.
  • Provide appropriate tray set-ups and perform scrub procedures utilizing a thorough knowledge of sterile technique.
  • Maintain adequate inventory and stocking of procedural supplies.
  • Perform documentation and preparation of patient information pertinent to Procedure Scheduling.
  • Provide patient education as needed and assure patient comfort.
  • Assist in maintaining order and cleanliness of procedure work areas.
  • Collaborate with procedure staff, including physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals.
Requirements:
  • Radiology Practical Technician (RPT) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift supplies as needed.
