Position Overview

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain operational excellence by addressing challenges, contributing to strategic initiatives, and pinpointing improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure timely documentation of all field reports and correspondence.
  • Oversee subcontractors, assess their performance, and guarantee adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct daily site visits to monitor project progress and ensure seamless operations.
  • Achieve project objectives by defining project scope, managing resources, scheduling personnel, and resolving design conflicts.
  • Address human resource requirements by training team members, following established procedures, and meeting job expectations.
  • Oversee the construction budget, identify discrepancies, and manage project expenditures.
  • Secure project approvals and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the preconstruction team to perform site assessments and acquire necessary permits.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: High School Diploma and/or GED

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the construction field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity

Preferred Skills: Proficiency in English/Spanish, and familiarity with MS Excel, Project, and Word

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, along with potential project bonuses. Your experience and achievements will play a significant role in determining your compensation.
