Job Overview

We are seeking an HR Representative to join our team at BBenefits, LLC. This is a hybrid position with the option to work from home up to 3 days a week and in office for the remaining 2 days.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate employee records, including contact information, job classification, pay rates, and organizational structure.
  • Conduct onboarding processes, including background checks, credit checks, pre-employment testing, onboarding documents, and benefit enrollment.
  • Assist with staffing changes, which may include promotions, demotions, layoffs, resignations, terminations, and extended leaves of absence.
  • Administer employee benefits, collecting and submitting employee information and notices of change in status to health, dental, life, disability, and other insurance carriers or brokers.
  • Post job openings, review applicants, and conduct interviews with potential hires.
  • Maintain records of active job openings and received applications, coordinating with managers as needed.
  • Collect and verify timesheets for payroll purposes.
  • Conduct record audits and mandatory reports, including I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Assist with 401k administration and perform monthly audits.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure compliance and coordinate with local schools on internship programs and recruiting events.
