Your Role
We are currently seeking a Lead Environmental Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will engage in projects with our Earth & Environment Team, contributing to a growing organization that aligns with our clients' goals and addresses their challenges.

Your Contributions
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Earth and Environment Team to guide and support ongoing client relationships.
  • Act as Technical Lead or Task Manager for various projects, engaging with clients to establish strategic direction and oversee project implementation.
  • Independently manage and execute projects to ensure compliance with established timelines.
  • Conduct moderately complex technical tasks within a broad scope, planning, scheduling, and coordinating project work for extensive assignments.
  • Prepare technical proposals and reports tailored to the size and complexity of the project.

Who You Are
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or environmental science.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A willingness to engage with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and clients, fostering effective teamwork.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adhere to compliance deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

  • A Master's degree in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science.
  • Professional Licensure/Certification or the ability to obtain it within 6-12 months.
  • Experience managing small to mid-sized projects.
  • 40-Hour OSHA (HAZWOPER) certification.
  • Basic First Aid and Adult CPR training.
