Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for inmates
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as crisis intervention and suicide prevention services
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and other community resources to ensure inmates receive appropriate care
- Document all findings and treatment plans in accordance with company and facility policies
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Unrestricted, current license in the State of practice
- At least one year of experience in a mental health treatment program, preferably in a correctional or hospital setting
