About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Mental Health team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

This is an ongoing nursing job that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and participate in therapeutic milieu
  • Accurately and timely document patient information
  • Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and maintain professional boundaries
  • Participate in patient rounds and teams
  • Identify patient behaviors that contribute to crisis situations and utilize de-escalation techniques

As a Registered Nurse in our Mental Health team, you will work closely with patients to provide individualized care and support. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized unit environment.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Prefer two years of college plus one year of clinical experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting
  • Licensure: N/A
