Delivery Driver

Badger Liquor Co., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering assigned orders to customer accounts in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while complying with FMCSA regulations.

• Delivery Operations: Deliver assigned orders to customer accounts in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while complying with FMCSA regulations.
• Route Management: Maintain route expectations and standards set by managers.
• Order Fulfillment: Read invoices and manifests to ensure appropriate products are delivered to each customer in a designated timeframe.
• Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to ensure accounts are satisfied with product and timeliness of deliveries in an efficient manner.
• Safety and Compliance: Work safely at all times and notify the company of any safety-related issues immediately. Complete a pre and post-trip inspection of the truck and communicate any needed repairs to the mechanic.
• Communication and Teamwork: Maintain good communication and relations with internal and external customers. Work with and support customer service and sales teams to improve daily productivity.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries and collect payments from customers. Assist with effectively managing returns processing.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep interior and exterior of truck clean and organized. Ensure load is secured to prevent breakage.
• Regulatory Compliance: Comply with company safety standards, Department of Transportation regulations, Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations, and warehouse delivery policies and procedures.

• Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) preferred.
• Commercial Driver License: Commercial Driver License (CDL), Class B preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years CDL driving experience preferred.
• Valid Driver License: Valid driver license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Language Skills: Language skills allow the employee to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Due to the fast-paced, highly physical demands of the position, job candidates will be required to complete a Post Offer Pre-Employment Physical (POPE). Job candidates must pass all aspects of the POPE to qualify for the position.
