Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Professional to join our team at Badger Liquor Co., Inc. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver assigned orders to customer accounts in a safe and timely manner.
  • Maintain route expectations and standards set by managers.
  • Read invoices and manifests to ensure accurate product delivery.
  • Assemble customer orders and place products in designated areas.
  • Work safely at all times and report any safety-related issues immediately.
  • Complete pre and post-trip inspections of the truck and communicate any needed repairs to the mechanic.
  • Maintain good communication and relations with internal and external customers.
  • Provide continuous improvement feedback and communication to management.
  • Work with and support customer service and sales teams to improve daily productivity.
  • Comply with company safety standards, Department of Transportation regulations, and warehouse delivery policies and procedures.
  • Ensure loads are secured to prevent breakage.
  • Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries and collect payments from customers.
  • Assist with effectively managing returns processing.
  • Keep the interior and exterior of the truck clean and organized.
  • Report all mispicks/shorts to management.
  • Daily compliance with electronic driver logs.
  • Adhere to internal training outlined by your supervisor.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid Commercial Driver License (CDL), Class B preferred.
  • A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years CDL driving experience preferred.
  • Valid driver license and satisfactory driving record required.
  • Experience in a distribution and/or sales environment preferred.
