Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Develop and initiate administrative supply content to support onboarding practices, including training materials, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for multiple recipients to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Track all department trainings in digital tools to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with Production and Maintenance new hire JITs (Job Instruction Trainings) to ensure timely and effective training.
  • Evaluate onboarding content and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate and support Education and Training Pillar to promote implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) through Total Performance Management (TPM).
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 1+ years of data entry, project management, calendar management or related experience in a training capacity within a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, military, or related environment.
