Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with college administrators, faculty, and staff to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
  • Manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet the needs of the college.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT services.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations for their adoption and integration into the college's IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the college's IT systems and data, implementing measures to prevent cyber threats and data breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record of success in managing IT teams and projects.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
