Executive Chef Opportunity at HHS, LLC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations at HHS, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative menus, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining high standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute culinary strategies that align with our company's mission and values
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food service in a healthcare environment
  • Collaborate with registered dietitians and healthcare professionals to create menus that meet patient dietary needs
  • Implement sustainable practices, such as reducing food waste and sourcing locally grown ingredients
  • Manage forecasting, recipe costing, inventory, ordering, production, planning, schedules, payroll, and supplies to ensure budget compliance
Requirements:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program plus 5+ years experience as a sous or executive chef in fine dining, hotels/resorts, country clubs, or healthcare/senior living
  • Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms
  • A passion for food, a desire to grow, and a work ethic that supports both
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
