Job Description

As a Clinical Therapist for Speech and Language, you will be responsible for planning and providing speech-language pathology services to students with speech, voice, or language disorders. Your expertise will enable students to overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate students' communication skills and develop targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and implement effective programs
  • Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in speech-language pathology

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution
  • A valid Texas license as a speech-language pathologist
  • At least three years of experience in clinical speech-language pathology

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a salary range of $58,118 to $70,876 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
