Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist Assistant to join our team in Kingsville, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will provide speech and language services to students, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop effective treatment plans tailored to each student's requirements
  • Deliver speech and language therapy sessions in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend regular meetings to report on student progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid Texas State SLP License
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Minimum 1+ years of speech therapy experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
