Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Specialist to join our team at Education Service Center 2 Consortium. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional services to students with speech, voice, or language disorders.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing students and providing therapeutic intervention to eliminate or reduce problems or impairments that interfere with their ability to derive full benefit from the educational program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat students with speech, voice, or language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited college or university
  • A valid Texas license as a speech-language pathologist granted by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (SBESLPA)
  • At least three years of supervised clinical speech-language pathology experience
