As a Senior Manager of B2B Order Management Systems, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of supply chain systems that cater to both B2B and B2C sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead logistics execution processes, particularly within SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Warehouse Management (WM).
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP logistics modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Materials Management (MM).
- Facilitate meetings with business users to gather and analyze process requirements related to supply chain operations, integrating e-commerce and omni-channel strategies.
- Manage resource allocations and project priorities, collaborating with functional managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Adhere to Core IT policies and procedures while designing IT solutions that enhance business value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business users, IT colleagues, and external partners to foster collaboration and effective application delivery.
- Employ application delivery tools to document business requirements, analyze existing applications, and propose viable technology solutions.
- Utilize Business Intelligence tools to generate and analyze supply chain reports.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash processes, with a focus on Sales and Distribution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage change effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to engage with business users.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies in a rapidly evolving environment.
