We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team at Millennium Physician Group. As a key member of our lab office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Timely check-in and check-out of patients
- Greet patients with a warm smile and pleasant voice
- Perform a variety of clerical functions, including data entry and record-keeping
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems
- Athena knowledge preferred but not required
