Fleet Jobs is looking for a dedicated Logistics Traffic Coordinator in Manteca, CA. This role serves as a crucial link between our client's transportation department and Fleet Jobs. The Logistics Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and finalizing both incoming and outgoing shipments. Building strong relationships with clients, team members, and external partners is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the tracking, tracing, and acceleration of shipments.
- Quickly address and resolve any transportation or shipping challenges.
- Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are surpassed.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain organization in a dynamic work environment.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 30lbs.
