Job Title: Assembly Technician

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of actuators, following safety procedures and quality documentation. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test actuators, following safety procedures and quality documentation.
  • Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and design documents.
  • Adhere to all Company EHS, Quality, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Clean products, including removal of coatings, corrosion, or dirt using approved cleaning materials.
  • Bend tubing per design during the assembly of actuators.
  • Setup actuators for testing, including any necessary wiring and pneumatic connections.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • Operate company vehicles, fork trucks, cranes, and lifting equipment as required.
  • Participate in process improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Operate hand tools as needed to perform deburring and grinding tasks.
  • Perform general labor work.
  • Verify operation of and troubleshoot actuators during assembly and testing.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • AS/BA or Related Degree or Trade School Preferred.
  • 3-5 years related experience for a Manufacturing Company.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills required.
  • The ability to complete quality documentation.
  • Must be able to move about the plant and interface with both office and factory personnel.
  • Must be able to work on site at the McKeesport, PA facility.
