Key Responsibilities for the Production Assembly Technician:
The Production Assembly Technician will report directly to the Production Manager and will be responsible for assembling hydraulic hoses, waterjet components, filter assemblies, and various other products.
- Assemble designated product components in alignment with production standards.
- Oversee quality assurance processes.
- Complete and submit necessary inspection documentation.
- Safely utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications for the Production Assembly Technician:
- Must be able to safely lift up to 30 pounds using appropriate lifting techniques.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Prior experience operating forklifts is preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills are essential.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Ability to read and utilize tape measures and digital calipers.
- Capable of working efficiently, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
