Key Responsibilities
  • Apply paint protection film and window tint to vehicles using professional techniques and tools.
  • Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to understand customers' expectations and provide high-quality installs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products related to clear bra.
  • Apply ceramic coating to paint protection film.
  • Perform basic cleaning of interior once paint protection film installation is completed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in paint protection film and/or window tint with a portfolio of completed projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for quality, and a commitment to perfection.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to PPF, such as CORE software and Graphtec plotter.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Must be physically capable of standing and working on your feet for extended periods (8 hours a day).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on the situation.
  • Excellent work and attendance record with demonstrated flexibility to work overtime and alternate assignments as needed.
