Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum four years of clinical nursing experience, including four years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
