We are seeking an experienced Roving Community Manager to support multiple communities in the Fresno, CA area. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive pay range of $25.00 to $26.00.

ConAm Management Corporation is a leading provider of property management services, with a reputation for excellence and high ethical standards. We serve clients nationwide through a network of regional offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and management of multiple communities in the Fresno area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and leadership to community staff.
  • Manage financials, budgets, and reporting for assigned communities.
  • Perform interior and exterior renovations as needed.
  • Utilize industry-leading software, such as Yardi and/or MRI.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience managing an apartment community.
  • Experience with affordable housing/tax credit and/or conventional properties.
  • Professional-level leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior knowledge and/or experience in interior and exterior renovation.
