Roving HMA Dispatcher

Vulcan Materials Company is a leading producer of construction aggregates and a major producer of aggregates-based construction materials.

We are seeking a skilled Roving HMA Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of materials and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

• Coordinate with plant operators, loader operators, and drivers to ensure efficient material movement and delivery.
• Review schedules and customer orders to determine material requirements and delivery routes.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of material sales, product allowances, and adjustments.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations team.

• Interpersonal skills to maintain satisfactory customer relations and communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Time management skills to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks concurrently, and work well under pressure.
• Product knowledge of paving, concrete, and construction materials, as well as transportation requirements and regulations.
• Technology skills to use computers to record information and create reports.
• Valid driver's license required.

The base salary range for this role is between $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, with a discretionary bonus and equity package available.
