Join a dedicated team at Foundation Medical Partners, where we focus on providing exceptional care in obesity medicine. Our practice is committed to improving the health and well-being of our patients through comprehensive weight management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and necessary laboratory tests.
2. Maintain a schedule of 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours allocated for administrative duties each week.
3. Collaborate with a team of 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers to deliver integrated care.
4. Design and execute personalized treatment plans that incorporate lifestyle changes, nutritional guidance, behavioral therapy, and medication management as needed.
5. Offer both surgical and non-surgical options for weight management.
6. Work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up.
7. Track patient progress, modify treatment plans as required, and document outcomes accurately.
8. Stay informed about the latest developments in obesity medicine and bariatric treatment.
9. Engage in community outreach and educational programs to promote effective weight management practices.

Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Obesity Medicine is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-training experience is preferred.
