Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, adhering to developed care plans and physician orders.
- Observe and assess patient condition, reporting changes to supervisors and physicians as necessary.
- Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions in a timely manner.
- Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, responding to emergency situations promptly and professionally.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- An active, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
- CPR certification and demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures.
- At least six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting, preferably in home health or a similar environment.
