About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating care plans, and documenting patient progress. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders
  • Continuously assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as necessary
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner
  • Participate in and update the nursing care plan
  • Take appropriate nursing action based on assessment and achieve expected outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
